Tissue sections from mice were subjected to immunofluorescence staining using the target primary antibody and anti-species Alexa fluor secondary antibody. These sections were nuclear stained and mounted in slides using ProLong™ Gold Antifade Mountant with DAPI. After the application of the mounting medium, the sections were covered using glass coverslip and kept overnight for drying. Further, the coverslips were sealed using nail-polish and examined under the fluorescent microscope.
