We use this kit to measure the NAD or NADH levels in mouse T cells or macrophages. Need to optimize cell number based on your cell type and standard curve. Also, you need special instrument which can read luminescence. Overall, signal is good and reliable. Most importantly you can measure NAD and NADH in the same sample at the same time.
