We routinely perform confocal microscopy of cells on slides. The final step is to mount the samples to prevent photobleaching and allow proper imaging. This solution is ready to use mounting solution with DAPI, so you can forgo additional DAPI staining. Unlike other solutions, this mounting solution can be cured quickly and then proceed to imaging rather then curing overnight.
