I work on selective forms of autophagy, especially focusing on ribophagy and ER-phagy. I have used large numbers of antibodies for proteins related to autophagy. Ribosomal proteins are very abundant, so most ribosomal protein antibodies work well. This RPS3 antibody is particularly good as there are not many background bands.

This antibody worked very well with even 5ug lysate loading per well. Antibody was linear between 2.5ug - 30 ug when infrared dye labeled secondary antibody was used for quantification.
