The reagent kit contains two solutions to be mixed in 1:1 quantities, and then directly applied to your western blot. In this study, cells were treated with vaccine candidates and examined for effects on GAPDH (as control) and TLR7.
Western blotting
Lysates from the following cell lines: D2/SC1 murine dendritic cells, MD macrophages (human) and Raji (Burkitt's lymphoma, also human)
For a standard mini-PAGE blot, like the Mini-Protean, I use 350 ul of each component, vortex the mx and apply immediately. Cover with a cellophane page cover and develop your image.
Results were obtained in five seconds. In fact, by the ten second mark, the blot was saturated.
