To see how KML001 affect TRF2 expression in CD4 T cells. CD4 T cells were cultured with KML001 for 2 days, then harvested, permeabilized with Fixation/Permeabilization Concentrate and Diluent, then stained TRF2-FITC (1:50) in 1x Permeabilization buffer for 40 min, washed, applied on Flow Cytometry.
