We want to see if the apoptosis gets more when treated with KML001. CD4 T cells were cultured with or without KML001 for 48h, then harvested, washed with DPBS, then stained Annexin V-PE (1:100), 7-AAD (1.5:100) in 100ul 1X Binding buffer for 15min, then added another 200ul 1X binding buffer, mixed well, applied on Flow Cytometry.
Flow Cytometry
Human CD4 T cells
Washing with DPBS before staining, apply on Flow Cytometry in time.
CD4 T cells gets more apoptosis after treated with KML001.

Can't stain after fixation, have to do immediately after harvested.
