My research is focused on the mechanism or risk factors of chronic kidney disease-accelerated atherosclerosis. I used the kit to measure mouse plasma iPTH concentrations of the CKD-atherosclerosis mouse model. I think I got reliable and reproducible results when I just only used 25 uL of mouse plasma each as the numbers fit into the standard curve range. Thanks for having this kit available for our research.
