SYBR® Safe DNA Gel Stain

Catalog Number:

S33102

DNA agarose gel electrophoresis is a very common technique used everyday in research labs. To detect the gene fragment or DNA we have used the SYBR safe DNA gel stain, which is highly safe compare to ethidium bromide. DNA stained with the SYBR safe DNA stain were detected using UV transilluminator. SYBR safe DNA gel stain after binding to nucleic acid have fluorescence excitation maxima at 280 and 502 nm and an emission maximum at 530 nm.
