Our lab is interested in T cell metabolism and therefore the glycolysis pathway is extremely important. Since the Hexokinase II is one of the earliest enzymes of that pathway, we were interested to see if the level changes on western blot.

The level was extremely bright and clean. We saw a decrease in HK2 due to our drug glutamine antagonist.
The signal is strong and bright.
Antibody can be too bright therefore titrate well.
Definitely a must-buy if you are interested in Hexokinase II on western. The antibody works great and reliable.
