We were interested in other ways of isolating our cells of interest without having to use columns. Therefore, the StemCell one was on our list to try out. Our lab focuses on immunology and metabolism. Therefore, it is vital for us to be able to isolate our CD8 or CD4 T cells without compromising the purity of our isolated samples.
