We wanted to look at the level of Glut3 and Glut1 in cells that were treated with glutamine antagonism drug on IF. The glut3 showed up extremely dim and non-specifically staining other things.

The glut3 antibody was extremely dim and difficult to distinguish what it was staining. We believe it was nonspecific therefore this antibody did not work in our cells and our dilution
Easy to use and price was cheap
Too dim and nonspecific
This worked better for western blot, but for IF it was not great.
