We were interested in looking at cell cycle, and using this dye, we could easily gate out the dead cells with flow cytometry.

Results Summary

On flow it is easy to gate out the cells but the size of my cells were different after drug treatment. Therefore, it was difficult to distinguish between the live dead cells.
