Our lab was interested in looking at acetate intake on t cells after our glutamine antagonist drug therefore we used this antibody for western blot

Our results did show an increase in the ACSS1 levels after our drug treatment on our murine cd8 Tcells. There were some unspecific bands but from the kDa we were able to figure out which band was the specific band.
The antibody is bright
There are some unspecific bands
This antibody was great and bright but the unspecific may produce some confusing results. Just have to look at the right kDa.
