I have recently developed a new barcoding system, which represents the largest known to date set of protein-based reporters (doi.org/10.1016/j.cell.2018.09.022). I used this product for detection of HA-tagged recombinant protein expressed by HEK-293T cells.

Excellent detection of HA-tagged protein; low background signal. For mass cytometry, antibody was directly conjugated with a metal isotope prior to staining. For flow, secondary antibody was used.
