Very nice kit detecting total NAD and NADH levels in various cell types. We used the kit with various primary cell lines to detect changes in cells before and after treatment with small molecules.

The Bottom Line

Good kit to use for detection of NAD and NADH (after denaturing the NAD sample). The plate needs to be set up in advance and carefully but once done, readings are taken every half hour and the analysis is pretty straightforward.
