This RNA product was reverse transcribed with the superscript IV system, and then conventional q-RT-PCR was performed on CD31 along with other endothelial-specific genes. The peaks and variability were of high-quality as shown by the low cycle number for CD31.
Use with clontech 636591 and 636531 for assessment of lung, liver, and bone
Results demonstrated that this product had intact mRNA that was in good shape as CD31 was readily detected by qPCR as well as lower abundance products.
Easy assessment of lung gene expression
Only 3 subjects is too low to assume pooled expression
This along with the clontech products is an ideal way to assess gene expression across healthy human organs.
