Golgi impregnation made easy using this kit where all solutions are provided. The kit has been used to stain brain sections from P15–80 aged mice brains for good quality stain of neuronal dendrites and spines.

Mouse brain sections
Follow as directed in the manual provided. Mouse brains can be stored for longer periods of time in Solution C and refrigeration but Solution C should be changed often as recommended by the manual.
Use refrigerated Solution C in sectioning using a vibratome.
The kits allow flexibility on tissue processing as you can section using a cryostat, vibratome, or microtome. A pink brain will often produce lower quality staining because of vessels being stained.
