A 1:200 dilution was used. Differences in neuronal dendritic spine numbers per length of dendrite were found between different mouse age groups when using a confocal microscope at 60x on brain slices.

The antibody works as described to visualize spines at a scale of 2.5 micrometers. I would recommend this antibody for ICC applications.
