ANCA titers against PR3 protein
Human plasma or serum
Do dilutions of serum or plasma as outlined in experimental manual. Vortex samples well to mix. Prepare all reagents as outlined in manual.
Make sure to vortex all dilutions very well before applying to plate.
Very reproducible titers with very reproducible standard curves.
