This antibody was used to perform immunofluorescence microscopy on HeLa cells transfected with an N-terminal 2X S-tag epitope tagged ER-resident protein. It showed strong immunoreactivity that colocalized to an ER-localized GFP. Background levels were low.

1 hour at room temperature in blocking agent at 1:300
