Company:

Invitrogen

Product Name:

CD4 Monoclonal Antibody (RM4-5), FITC

Catalog Number:

11-0042-85

We used this product to study immune cells during an antigen exposure in mouse model. In an immunology laboratory use of FACS antibody is very common to distinguish different cell populations present in the splenocytes/lymphocytes and increase and decrease in the expression of different surface markers on it. In our study we used CD4-FITC antibody to study T-helper cells. This antibody fits best in our antibody cocktail for multi-color flow cytometry. The antibody is efficient and works well.
