Our lab studies the function of T cells in an influenza model in mice. Sometimes we use a model where we transfer cells from one mouse environment to another so we can see the effect of that new environmental on the cells. In order to do that, we use CD45.1 mice and therefore need a good marker to visualize these CD45.1 cells and separate them from the other mouse cells. This antibody works well for us.
