This antibody reacts with PDCA-1 (also known as BST2, CD317), a membrane protein that is a specific marker of plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs) in mice. I used this antibody at a 1:400 dilution to confirm my in vivo pDC depletion worked by staining the spleen with this antibody for analysis by flow cytometry. Samples were fixed after staining. The results from this antibody were beautiful! I also stained for CD11c, CD11b, B220, and Siglec H, and this antibody seems accurate, and the positive population was able to be identified very clearly. Highly recommend!
