I am interested in studying the molecular mechanism of hedgehog signal transduction in vertebrate cells. I have performed a CRISPR/Cas9 genetic screen to uncover new regulators of the hedgehog signaling pathway. One of the positive regulators identified in my screens was Pdcl. In this experiment, I had knocked out Pdcl in NIH-3T3 cells using lentiCRISPR v2 strategy. The result is a pooled knockout cell line for Pdcl. Pdcl antibody from Bethyl picked up a band at ~37 kDa. The predicted size is 34 kDa.
