We use this cell sorter in our core facility to sort various lymphocyte populations and endothelial cells. It is super easy to use, requiring very little training to get up and running. The software is all wizard based, and will walk you through everything that needs to be done.

Prepare fluorescently labelled single cell suspension. Run through cell sorter.
Follow the software prompts and you'll be fine.
Our model has an adaptor for a 384-well plate and can sort a single cell into each well.
