Product Name:

Phospho-YAP (Ser127)

Catalog Number:

13008S

Phospho-YAP is a member of the Hippo signaling pathway. SOCS5 plays a key regulatory role in T-helper (Th) cell differentiation, we hypothesized that this gene is a critical determinant in mediating aberrant Hippo signaling pathway in T-ALL. To test regulatory effects of SOCS5 on T-ALL signal transduction and progression, we utilized lentiviral shRNA-mediated methods to knock down of SOCS5 in PF382 T-ALL cell line. and tested the expression of Phospho-YAP by western blotting.
