The MoFlo XDP cell sorter is already a couple years old, but the lack of current development in high speed sorting makes this device still perfectly fine to sort your everyday needs. This 4 Laser device is co-linear meaning that there should be a consideration in labeling choice of your cells. In practice this is not a problem. In our facility we are able to sort using up to 10 different labels. The MoFlo XDP has its lasers and filters open behind the device, which allows for easy adjustments. Overal I gave this device a 5 star rating, it is one of the most reliable machines in our facility whether you use sticky samples or large cells.
