Our lab works on TCR engineering of CD8 T cells to target HIV-infected cells for elimination via lentiviral transductions. As part of complicated studies to understand the role of the TCR in HIV control, or how different mutants with different chain pairing can affect activity, we have utilized with kit to generate mutant sequences of the TCRs.
