A Great Value for Genotyping for Most Labs

Like many other neuroscience labs, our group makes frequent use of the vast offerings of mutant mouse (and now rat) lines out there. Partnering with transnetyx for offspring genotyping was a no-brainer for us:-we are saving money overall, since we use a wide array of probes that would be expensive and complicated to maintain-we are more confident in the results since every qPCR assay is run at least 2x, and entirely without human hands (from sample receipt to sample storage and even eventual reprobing)-transnetyx offers free storge of remaining lysates for 6 months, enabling reprobing or even shipment back to the investigator
