For our research, we have isolated about 50 genes differentially expressed during adipocyte differentiation, and we have characterized several of the genes which were involved in insulin sensitivity, and clinical disorders such as obesity, type 2 diabetes and metabolic syndrome. This antibody was used to detected RPS6 (phospho Ser235) expression in RINm5F cell by western blot analysis.
