We are interested in role(s) of TPX2 in ovarian tumor development and progression. This project sought to determine relative expression of TPX2 protein in disease-free ovarian epithelial cell lines as a validation for previous work suggesting the protein is upregulated in ovarian tumors.

Results Summary

We observed faint bands at approximately ~110 kDa (previous observations are that TPX2 runs at 92 kDa on Westerns) and also unidentified bands at 250 kDa.
