Recently used the Clontech Lenti-X go six to qualify my supernatants for viral titer. They are super easy to use and interpret and very were helpful as I could then choose which samples do I actually should go ahead and perform a full titer on and which I can just discard. Highly recommend!

Add 20ul of your supernatant to the designated spot on the stick. Add three drops of chase buffer and wait for bands to appear (5 - 10 mins).
Make sure to have a negative control (untrasfected supernatant)
Compared to my negative control I was able to see bands in both my tested supernatants and qualify them for carrying out a full titer.

Very quick result
At ~$20/test, it is quite expensive!
If you have a number of supernatants, and need a quick yes or no answer to confirm if you are getting virus production or not, this test is extremely helpful.
