Our lab focuses on the actions and development of T cells in the mouse, before, during, and after an influenza infection. In order to do any of this, we must be able to easily and consistently stain for CD4 cells extracted from the mouse models. We use this antibody because it is stable and always works to mark our cells.

Mouse lung cells
Cells were stained in 100uL FACS buffer with antibody at 1:200; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100uL FACS buffer.
