Our laboratory is working on improving immune responses against HIV, including enhancing the capacity of NK cells to kill HIV-infected cell. We perform in vitro ADCC assays and stain for the purity of NK cell effectors as well as CD16 expression and activation markers to evaluate the quality of the NK cells.

I have tried other CD16 antibodies that have not worked at all. This product clearly detects the desired population and I recommend it.
