We use this antibody in almost every flow sorting experiment to get rid of immune cell contamination. It's important to make sure your samples are pure and this helps us achieve that! If you're trying to get rid of immune contamination, you can always put this in the same channel as your viability and anything else you want to exclude. It saves the rest of your channels for positive selection which is nice!
