Sytox Blue staining is an easy and fast way to stain for viability in flow cytometry experiments. Instead of adding it with antibodies and incubating, you can just spike it into the final sort buffer. This saves time, especially if you're only staining for viability.

Mouse single cell suspension
Follow your flow prep protocol until you have a single cell suspension and then resuspend at about 10 million cells per ml in your sort buffer. Spike in Sytox Blue at 1:1000 and start your flow!
