We used the Annexin V antibody to detect cytotoxicity of CAR-T cells on Raji cell line, which is a lymhoblastoid cell with B cell charecteristics. Both the cells were mixed in a ratio of 10:1 and incubated for 4 hrs, after which the aptotoic cells were detected by staining with 7AAD and Annexin V antibody using flow cytometry.
