Company:

Beckman Coulter

Product Name:

CD159a antibody

Catalog Number:

A60797

We used this antibody to detect NK cells in peripheral blood from cynomolgus monkey. After ficoll separation of the MNCs, the percentage of NK cells in the MNCs was detected using the CD159a antibody. This clone of the antibody cross reacts with NHPs making it a suitable antibody for detecting NK cells.
