This antibody works well to stain CD45R on B cells with little to no optimization and at a decent titration. Other fluorophores may work at a better titration but all B220 antibodies originally from eBioscience work well to stain a distinct and bright B cell population.

Results Summary

This antibody can stain a distinct population of B220+ cells. A 1:400 dilution can be used to stain for detection or as part of a dump staining panel. For a brighter population a less dilute concentration can be used. This antibody stays stable for a variety of uses including standard flow cytometry, during FACS and can maintain it's color through culture.
