Real time analysis of the genes requires high sensitivity and an efficient SYBR green master mix for the gene quantification. SensiMix SYBR & Fluorescein Kit provides us with us the best solution for quantification of the genes. The SensiTaq provided in the master mix is highly specific and robust. The enzyme provided in the kit is hot start enzyme inactivated by Ab which can be activated by heat. so, background amplification during the reaction step is highly minimized. Fluorescein is included in the kit which is a reference DYE.

cDNA
For a 20 microliter reaction, 10 microliters of the 2X SYBER master mix is used with appropriate primers and 100ng of the cDNA is used. Make up the volume to 20microlitersr using nuclease free water and set up for 2 step reaction.
Do not contaminate the mastermix during the reaction setup and use good quality of cDNA.
A very good amplification of the cDNA is observed which is reflected in the low cT value.
