We use this antibody to identify T cells during autoimmune disease. This antibody titrates well for a bright and distinct antibody stain for the price. It is easy to optimize although it does not titrate out as well other TCR beta antibodies. For general use T cell staining this antibody works well.

This antibody stains as a distinct population of TCR beta positive cells. At a 1:200 dilution the population can be easily identified. The dilution can be increased if T cells are not the population of interest.
