The objective of our work is to isolate the RNA from neuroblastoma and glioblastoma cells by trizol method and the plasmid of transformed bacterial culture by alkali lysis method. In the used protocols, there are a few steps that suggested to centrifuge at RT or 4 degrees Celsius when isolating RNA or plasmid. The instrument aptly fulfills the requirement of having centrifugation at the required temperature.
