This secondary antibody was used to perform indirect immunofluorescence microscopy on HeLa cells to detect the ER/mitochondria.  It showed strong immunoreactivity that was consistent mitochondria. Background levels were low.  This antibody is a good choice for immunofluorescent microscopy.
