Our lab studies the role of CD4+ T cells in inflammatory processes both in vitro and in various in vivo models. One model we use is experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE). We often perform IHC on CNS and peripheral immune tissues to analyze various cell populations. The anti-CD3 antibody has worked great for us in mouse tissue for IHC.
