Our laboratory investigates different ways to improve immune responses against HIV, including enhancement of NK mediated ADCC activity. We use these beads to deplete cells expressing Fc gamma receptor (mostly NK cells) and therefore eliminate ADCC activity as a control in our assays.

Protocol Overview

Resuspend the cells in 50ul of buffer per 5*10^7 cells. Add 50ul of beads per 5*10^7 cells. Incubate at 4C for 30min. Wash cells, resuspend at 1*10^8/500ul. Apply to column on magnet.
