Testing tumor lysates for total levels of FAK. Our tumor lysates tend to result in dirtier western blots than lysates of cells alone, but we found this antibody to be quite specific.

1:10000 anti-mouse secondary HRP-conjugated antibody, diluted in TBST buffer and incubated for 1 hour

Tertiary Incubation

Incubated with enhanced chemiluminescence buffer for 1 minute following the secondary antibody incubation.
