This Hoescht stain is super easy to use and gives great signal. Just dilute it in PBS, add to fixed cells for 10 minutes, wash and then image the cells.

Fix cells in 4% PFA, Dilute Hoechst 1:1000 in PBS, add to fixed cells for 10 minutes, wash 3x in PBS, image cells.
