Proteins which are low in occurence give out weak signals which cannot be detected properly. This high sensitive ECL is highly sensitive and hence used to detect the signal for proteins.

High sensitive ECL is easy to use and detects the signal efficiently. Use 2ml of supersignal west dura stable peroxide buffer and 2ml of super signal west dura enhancer solution and keep it shaking slowly for 2min and detect the band using X-ray film.
Use low amount as much as possible because the signal will be very strong sometimes we will get background.
