Company:

eBioscience

Product Name:

AF488 anti-mouse CD4 (GK1.5)

Catalog Number:

53-0041-82

The staining worked fine for detecting CD4 positive cells. It wasn't as bright as I had expected it to be based on prior experiences with AF488, but it was fine for the purpose as CD4 is a lineage marker. One word of caution is that the GK1.4 clone is known to deplete CD4 T cells in vivo, so it may not be the best antibody for cell sorting and adoptive transfer based experiments.
